ahead of death, spiders, or heights. The National Institute of Mental Health reports that public speaking anxiety affects about 73% of the population.

Challenge
The underlying fear is judgment or negative evaluation by others. Most people does not have to speak publicly until they are professionals. Find your personal speaking style by doing the following:
- Join We Are Science in person or online workshops
- Actively engage in the workshop topics
- Ask for help when needed
- Gather your thoughts and rehearse if needed
- Present to your audience confidently
